ALEGRIA comes from the word alegria which means good, happy mental state. ALEGRIA DEMI-SEC wine is a white semi-dry wine from the local traditional varieties of Kefalonia, Tsaousi 50% and Vostilidi 50%, with slightly increased unleavened sugars. It has a bright golden color with strong aromas, but fresh fruit is apple and peach. The vinification and bottling is done with the care and experience of the Tavianatos Savvas family in the viticultural zone. ALEGRIA is very enjoyable and accompanies beautiful seafood white sauces and local Kefalonian cheeses. Ideally served at 14-16 degrees Celsius.
