ANTIGONE DEMI-SEC wine is a rosé semi-dry wine from the combination of the varieties Syrah 40%, Mavrodafni 30% and Cabernet 30%. Produced and bottled by the Savva Tavianatou family in privately owned vineyards in Valsamata, Cephalonia. From these varieties you produce wine with intense rosé, vibrant color and aroma of fresh red forest fruits. This wine is pleasant to drink because it is refreshing with slightly raised unleavened sugars and accompanies excellent pasta, white sauces and white meats. It is preferred to be served at 14-16 degrees Celsius.
