Robola is produced by the Savva Tavianatos family in privately owned vineyards, of low acreage in Valsamata, Kefalonia. It is one of the wines of Ainos Wines and is produced from the Robola variety of Kefallinia. It is one of the wines with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) of Greek wines and is one of the noblest local traditional varieties. It is cultivated exclusively in Kefalonia within the Robola zone at an altitude of 500 meters. The vinification and bottling is done exclusively by the family in the viticultural zone. This wine with a fresh aromatic character and pleasant notes of apple and lemon and a bright, pale yellow color with green highlights. It accompanies excellent seafood, fish and local dishes of Kefalonia. Ideally served at 14-16 degrees Celsius.
